The workouts are perfect for exercising at home or traveling because they require little to no equipment, saving you both time and money. 

This workout requires 2 dumbbells, (Bootcampers use dumbbells ranging from 5-20 pounds), and a timer, (look no further than your SmartPhone :)

Basic Overview: This quick but effective workout contains basic movements using large muscle groups to burn the most calories. Perform the strength exercises with good form. You'll know you're getting stronger when you begin doing more cardio within the minute. (Hint: this is when you can increase your weight to increase intensity)

Instructions

Set the timer for 1 minute intervals. Do 10 pushups, then begin jumping jacks until 60 seconds is over. Repeat this with the next move. Have fun!
