Lori's Birthday Workout
I love birthdays! So much that we celebrate them at bootcamp with a Birthday Workout.
This past Monday was my birthday and I chose to celebrate with a leg workout featuring my favorite - squats!
This workout is meant to leave your breathless, hot and sweaty. At some point, your legs will feel like they're burning. The best part, no equipment is needed so you can do it anywhere - no excuses.
